2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, documents, text, and design elements, is owned by Oceanframe Atelier or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse tools or perform unsafe activities suggested by third parties in community spaces.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or share credentials.
• Do not upload or transmit harmful code or content.

5. Purchases and Refunds

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before certification for that course is earned.

6. Access and Availability

We aim to provide at least 12 months of access to purchased courses. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control.

Course content is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Always follow safety guidelines and local regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oceanframe Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
