Frequently Asked Questions
What tools do I need to start?
A Phillips screwdriver set, tape measure, level, soft mallet, and optional cordless drill with clutch are enough for our beginner path.
How are levels defined?
Beginner courses assume no prior experience. Intermediate adds alignment and hardware variety. Advanced includes complex carcasses, sliding doors, and wall anchoring.
Do I need a workshop?
No. We teach room-ready setups: floor protection, safe tool handling, and methods for tight corners and uneven floors.
Is there certification?
Yes, complete assessments in selected paths to earn an Oceanframe Atelier Certificate of Assembly Practice.
How long do I have access to courses?
You receive at least 12 months of access from the date of purchase, including all updates released in that period.
Can I get help during a difficult step?
Yes. Join weekly live mentor Q&A or post a question to the community forum; share photos and specs for targeted guidance.
What is your refund policy?
If a course doesn’t fit your needs, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before earning a certificate for that course.
